Training on the Train….

God said to me: Just like you expect Me to show up on time for you, I expect you to show up on time for work or anything I tell you to do. I’m like–you coming like That Lord? (Smile). But I Love Him for the reprimand. It just amazes me how much God talks to me while I’m riding on a packed subway train to work. Many would say you can only spend time with God in a quiet space, in complete silence and with no one else around. And while I would agree that quiet time and devotion to God is paramount, I would submit that you can be intimate with God anywhere and at anytime. You can create your own quiet space in your mind and in your spirit if you tune out the noise and focus on Him. David in the bible said “I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved
(Psalm 16:8, NKJV )

I now look forward to my train rides to work and hearing from God. It’s like He directs my train of thoughts, as I journey on this train of life and He trains me for all He has called me to be. And yet still I rise…
With peace and blessings may you continue to rise always,

    • Amen Daph! All praise to God–I am glad it spoke to you. Definitely working to do better myself after that reprimand. He loves us enough to correct us and He is worth it:) God bless you my sister
